User centred redesign for the luxurious retail house from the Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy Group

Founded in 2017, Clos19 focuses on inspiring the Art of Hosting. By offering bottles and accessories around the perfect serve. We were tasked to design a new experience that was focused on user behaviour, the final designs were influenced by research and data.

Gathering insights from real users

The user research consisted of over 30 participants from the 3 main shopping locations, UK, USA and Germany. The objectives of the user research was to find out behavioral traits such as brand perception and to locate any pain-points users encountered in the journey that could negatively affect conversion rate.

Delivering the final wireframes

After feedback was received on the initial designs, we iterated until everyone was happy with the direction. We then produced the final high fidelity wireframes, created an interactive prototype that could be used for testing and research, then delivered the UI kit ready for the developers to implement.
