We worked with Medius to deliver a brand new customer centric website, with a modern fresh look and feel. Their existing website was outdated and had a lot of accessibility issues. With over 450,000 users it was important that the new designs were centred around the behavioural traits of their users.
With over 450,000 customers, it was important that the new website was customer centric. Initially we spoke to existing Medius customers and potential prospects and asked them how the current website experience felt compared to competitors. We gained a rich array of ideas during this phase and invaluable insights which laid solid foundations for the redesign.
From paper sketches, low fidelity wireframes to final designs. We produced a full clickable interactive prototype that allowed us to run further research and testing on the new experience before any development. Through this, we could gain further feedback from the users on the new experience and made any last iterations before handing over the files, ready for development.
